The Little Rascals Staff
“More than caregivers — we’re family.”

Jennifer Ward
Director | Owner + Founder
Jennifer has lived in Franklin Square her whole life, and for over 30 years has been lucky enough to spend her days caring for children — something that truly feels like her calling. She is a proud mom of three boys, happily married for 25 years, and since 1994 has had the joy of running Little Rascals Daycare side by side with her mom and sister.
Jennifer is CPR and First Aid certified and stays up to date with all New York State childcare training, but what matters most to her is creating a warm, loving space where kids feel safe, happy, and part of her family. Watching little ones grow, laugh, and learn at Little Rascals has been one of Jennifer's greatest joys, and she is so grateful to be a part of so many families’ journeys.

Antonia Croce
Owner | Everyone's Nonna
Antonia has called Franklin Square home for over 50 years, where she raised her four children who all went to the local schools. Now, she is blessed to work alongside her daughters at Little Rascals Daycare, a place that has been part of their family from the very beginning.
With the little ones, Antonia naturally steps into a “grandma role” — offering comfort, encouragement, and lots of hugs throughout the day. One of her favorite ways to share love is through cooking, and she truly enjoys preparing homemade meals and snacks that make the kids feel cared for and at home.
Antonia is CPR and First Aid certified and stays up to date with all New York State childcare training, but more than anything, her heart is in creating a warm, safe space where children can laugh, learn, and grow. For Anotnia, nothing is more rewarding than being part of their journey.

Lucille Fogarty
Co-Founder | Activity Coordinator
Caring for children has been at the heart of Lucille's life for over 30 years. A proud mom of two and lifelong Franklin Square native, she has been part of Little Rascals since the very beginning. In fact, Little Rascals first began in 1994, when her daughter was born prematurely and Lucille chose to stay home — turning that moment into the start of something truly special with her sister and mother.
At Little Rascals, Lucille focuses on leading activities that are both fun and educational, giving children the chance to explore, create, and learn in a safe, supportive environment. Lucille is certified in CPR and First Aid and completes all New York State childcare training, but most importantly, she is here to help each child feel loved, confident, and excited to grow each day.
Mya Khadaroo
Assistant Caregiver
Mya Khadaroo has been part of the Little Rascals family long before she officially joined our team. Years ago, she first came to us when her younger brother attended the daycare, and over time she became like family. Now, we’re thrilled to have her working alongside us, where she has quickly proven to be such a natural with children.
Mya is currently studying education at St. John’s University, and she’s completed all New York State childcare training, background checks, and certifications required to provide the very best care.
What parents notice most about Mya is her kindness, patience, and genuine love for kids. She brings fresh energy, warmth, and dedication to our team, and we feel so lucky to have her caring for our Little Rascals.
